Due to constraints of the platform this webshop runs on, to redeem this voucher the receiver has to get in touch with Inèz. If he/she prefers an email or phone consultation or doesn't want to use the consultation at all, that's completely fine of course - they just have to let us know which products they'd like for their voucher.
